I submitted a request on line for a roof inspection as I had a leak. Joey was quick to respond and setup a time to meet with me. Very Professional and Customer Focused. Joey found I had damaged flashing, took pictures as he did the inspection to review with me. I asked for an estimate and Joey promptly replaced flashing that was the source of the leak. I highly recommend Joey and his company for any roof and fence repairs/replacements.

My daughter bought her first home right before the April Storms hit. She received hail damage on her roof. I called Steve and he was right out there to give me an estimate and ready to start. We had to battle with the every day and every other day rain storms but once there was a clear day they were on it. While he was there I also had him look at her fence that was damage. He got his fence crew right out there they set the poles and by noon the next day they were finished. He knew I was concerned with her back yard being exposed. We were surprised to find that we had hail damage on our roof while having the roof inspected in the process of selling our house. During this stressful time of dealing with insurance to replace the roof while trying not to delay the sale of our house Steve took a huge burden off of our shoulders by making every effort to ensure the work was completed on time and within our budget. He came out to inspect the damage before the insurance adjuster did and even came back again to review the damage with the adjuster. Once the claims process was complete Steve was able to begin work right away so that we could close on the sale of our house on time. All of the workers were polite, fast, and did a quality job replacing our roof. Even though dealing with insurance can be a nightmare we're so thankful for Steve and his crew... they made the whole process much easier.

This company has come out on several occasions to address several pesky roof leaks and a leaking vent cap. On all occasions the team (Rico/Greg) were patient, professional and honest. My roof was leaking so I filled out a repair request on a Saturday online, and was contacted the same day. The bill was the same as the quote. It was fixed quickly and we just got another big rain, no leaks. The repairman was professional and courteous.
